Push-ups and Squats oh my!
Last week my co-worker challenged me to a push-up and squat challenge. The challenge was to complete 20 push-ups and 20 squats 10 times for 5 days. A total of 200 squats and push-ups per day and 1000 of each by the end of the week. I managed to keep the pace for 3 days and then my arms were killing me. I had to back off the number for a couple of days but I finished my push-ups and squats by the end of the week. To my surprise those 2 exercises ended up being a full body workout. Crazy!
